  4. Tracks charges and credits over one full year for client accounts and
  5. produces easy to read periodic billing statements. You can use plain
  6. or letterhead stationary. After entering your corporate data, you are
  7. ready to produce billing statements. If you wish you may enter a
  8. custom message. You may open a new account, recall an existing one,
  9. add up to 60 charges/credits to each statement, or print your bills.
  10. By printing statements individually, you may customize each client's
  11. message. Autoentry allows you to make identical entries across
  12. multiple accounts in one easy step. Accounts can be sorted six
  13. different ways. Statements fit standard window envelopes or you may
  14. print the addresses on 15/16 by 3 1/2 continuous form labels. You can
  15. bring account balances forward, delete accounts or partially erase
  16. them. Four report formats are available.
